Order Requirements

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund under the following condition:

Failing Grade Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The topic selected has not been changed after order confirmation.
• The instructions provided were correct and complete, and have not been modified.
• The work was incorrect due to our fault, not due to external factors.
• The final mark received is below 50%.
• You can provide an authentic and verifiable failure report (e.g., grade sheet or instructor feedback).

If these conditions are met and verified, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Instructions or topic were changed after the order was placed.
• Feedback or grade documentation is not submitted within 15 days of delivery.
• The failure report is not authentic or cannot be verified.

Revisions

We offer free revisions within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the revision request aligns with the original order instructions. Any revisions requiring changes to the original scope will be subject to additional charges.

Delivery and Deadlines

We make every effort to deliver work on or before the agreed deadline. However, we are not liable for academic consequences resulting from delays caused by:

• Late payments

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
